$5 Schwinn

It's been a while. I now am happily employed at The Sheridan Press where I am their new "Classified Clerk." It's a fun job, but my wages are minimal. In another two months I should be getting a raise and benefits which is good news.

I have been training for the last four weeks or so to do a bike ride through the state of Colorado on June 21st, the Summer Solstice. The idea is to ride through the state (North to South) within 24 hours; it's 323 miles. I don't know if I'll really be doing it anymore. The girl who I was going to accompany may not been in the area anymore come this June, so who knows, but I'm still doing some serious biking on my $5 Schwinn from the Salvation Army. Yesterday I bought new handlebar tape for it which cost twice as much as the bike did. Ha.

Still no banjo lessons lined up. I got a number for a guy that might do them, but he might not. We'll see. I had hoped there would be a whole lot of people giving banjo lessons out here, but that seems to not be the case.

The game I put online is really lame. More of just a first experiment. I'm going to be making a "Virtual Home/Town" game type dealie as soon as I get the time. That way you can check out our home and a bit of the town. I did a fast trial the other week, it's something I will be able to do without having to learn much more stuff, but it will be very time consuming, so I've been putting it off. Sooner or later it will get done.
