5 quarts 100% cranberry juice
1 quart 100% pear juice
4.5 gallons MacIntosh apple juice
6 pounds brown sugar
7.5 pounds clover honey

3 different batches of booze.
- Cran-Apple Hard Cider with a touch of pear (6 gallons)
- Hard Cider (5 gallons)
- Hard Cran-Apfelwein (5 gallons, for Marc)

Possibly ready for Christmas, or not.
