Brown Ale

Mike D, my dad, and I worked on brewing a brown ale on Sunday. This one involved using the all grain method, no extracts or short cuts. We built some new equipment for the occasion and I think we were mostly successful. It's bubbling away in the basement right now. This was our test run for the batch of gluten-free beer that we'll be making from sorghum and buckwheat for my father since he can no longer have regular beer, that will get started in about 2 weeks.
