Plowing and Walking in Sheridan, WY

Sometimes they plow the sidewalks with big F-350 pickups. Today was one of
those sometimes. I had to step off the sidewalk (into the unplowed street)
to make way this morning.

Also, I enjoyed leaving footprints in a couple inches of snow only to return
an hour later to find that they had vanished due to the wind's homogenizing
effects out here. Seriously, the wind is pretty intense today (up to 30 mph
gusts) and my tracks disappeared without the aid of new falling snow.
