Brew-a-thon
This weekend we brewed two (2) batches of beer. In this case, we represents mostly Mike and I, but we were accompanied at times by brother James, Dad, and Rob.
So, what did we brew? Well, Saturday's brew was our second attempt at a Double Brown Ale and I think it's going to turn out even better (stronger and more bottles) than before. Today's was a Pale Ale which will be dry hopped for some extra umphf in the flavor department.
Anyway, to summarize, our brewing thus far has been:
1. Pumpkin Ale - gone
2. Double Brown Ale - gone
3. Gluten Free Ale - almost gone
4. Apricot Coriander Ale - ready in 1 week
5. Rhubarb Hefeweizen - ready in 1-2 weeks
6. Apfelwein - ready in 1-2 weeks
7. Coconut Curry Honey Hefeweizen - ready in 3-4 weeks
8. Double Brown Ale - probably saving for the wedding
9. Pale Ale - probably saving for the wedding
